Who we are
A Cedar City family that installs fence
Cedar Temp Fencing LLC has been installing temporary fence across Southern Utah since 2021. The Lee family lives in Cedar City, works the whole region, and answers the phone themselves.
We are a locally owned and operated company, and the people who quote your job are the people who install it. There is no branch office, no dispatcher in another state and no broker taking a cut between you and whoever actually shows up with the panels.
What we have built the business on is fairly simple: quality installation at a reasonable rate, complete and on time, to the specification you gave us. Over the years that has turned into a list of general contractors who call us back, which is the only marketing that has ever really worked for us.
We take pride in being good installers specifically — not just suppliers who drop panels at the gate. Anyone can leave a stack of chain link on site. Putting up a perimeter that is straight, tight, properly gated and still standing in a year is a different job.
Since 2021, not one of our temporary fence installations has blown over or fallen down during the contract term. We are proud of that, and we work fairly hard to keep it true.
Our past
We started in 2021 with a small fleet of panels and the belief that Southern Utah was being served largely by national brokers who had never seen the ground here. We specialized in temporary fencing from the beginning — panels, stands, screens and gates — rather than treating it as a sideline to permanent fence work.
Our present
We supply commercial and residential work across most of Southern Utah, monday – friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Installation, delivery, safety and efficiency inspections, and retrieval are all handled by us. Jobs have ranged from 100 linear feet to 6,400.
Our future
We intend to be the temporary fencing company Southern Utah contractors call first. That means staying trained on install methods that suit this ground and this weather, keeping our rates reasonable, and protecting the record we have on fences staying upright.
